Tune bhi pal bhar mein chori kiya re jiya more piya ..... A song by sonu nigam and shrey ghoshal who both are wonderful singers.
I don really like the rest of the song very much but somehow this line has really grabbed my attention. I think its shreya ghoshal's magic or whatever but the way it has been sung is simply soooooooo melodious that i feel like singing it again n again.
Today morning me and my frnd were discussing about dabangg and according to both of us dabangg is just another Bollywood flick with all the masala and mirchi. Then why it has shattered records of 3 idiots with Rs. 47 cr.? Ok, I've digested this news and have figured out the reason that it might be only SLK's Charisma. (SLK= Salman Khan). No logic, no sense and no storyline, but still ppl are calling it a paisa wasool entertainment,Wowwwwwwww. One more thing that there was something non- original in vinod khanna's acting. Apart from all these reasons people are saying that we all want to laugh but cannot and movies like this makes sure that we do.
Do we really require such movies???

This movie just offers a feel and charisma of SLK which creates a catapulting effect for the public. No storyline , no sense and a good waste of some great acting talent(anupam kher, mahi gill, Mahesh manjrekar… etc) but still it manages to tingle box office. Because people now days requires only a 2.5 hrs masala with mirchi tadka. Gone are the times when connoisseurs look for the real artistic touch. “paisa vasol” is the word for now days. If the flick is able to hold you back onto your chairs for more than 2.5 hrs, definitely it has something in it which will ultimately make it a success. Be it macho mucscle , some raunchy dance moves or some dicey slangs. people now days only need some entertainment which is acceptable even if the there is nothing to thought about. There will be lots of folks who will ask the same question that whether we require such movies? But on the other hand there will be the ones who will not ask anything nor they will seek any answer.. :)( and obviously are much more in number) just 2.5 hrs “paisa vasool” :)
@Dinesh:- Yes, there may be a category which will always ask that do we really require such movies or we require movies like "3 Idiots".
yes we do probably require such movies.. what we call a masala movie which makes no sense at all. The reason we need it is if we want to see something realistic we can find it out in real life but then we need some unreal heros and movies to remind us that in reality it can't happen..
and by the way I got cramps in my stomach due to the non-stop laughter :)
@Beyond Few Words:- Its ok that Realistics things keep on happening in real life but usually they don't end up in the way we want them to. So,in a movie we can expect "REAL THINGS WITH A HAPPY END".
